To conceptualize, design and deliver two prestigious and memorable ceremonies to celebrate the opening and closing of the FEI endurance championships. YSolutions delivered a cocktail reception and formal dinner for 700 – 1000 guests. We delivered a high-quality, world class drone and fireworks show along with an on-stage performance show in collaboration with Flash Entertainment.

We styled the event to include a visual difference between the opening and closing ceremonies. Produce and manage all elements for the event including; invitations, traffic management, F&B service, show production, event styling in collaboration.
