The brand needed to invent a look or image for itself. The brand needs to educate the customer to its brand ideology, HELP YOURSELVES but also need to help them graduate to this level of brand experience.
Interesting graphic wall with minimal use of graphic element. In-room games for the visitors like G-umble, sudoku, crossword. All were based on their ‘Smart Basics’ whereas Sudoku was more of a teaser idea for their 10th hotel.
